Recently I had a review ask why I was the one who was writing a review on a male product, well that is because we need more men reviewing... And honestly Couple reviews are great but being able to write your own review is great also, anybody agree? I love EF and I am so thankful for the powerful orgasms that their products have brought me... I think we definitely owe thanks... And men... You need to get on here and write some reviews.... By the way, Good job Ladies who write reviews on their husbands products as well...

Yup I totally agree, my 2 favorite male reviewers ended up leaving the site when all that weird shit went down. I was so sad . My boyfriend reviews, but there are just not even many male things to review for him so he often ends up just getting something he wants to see me in etc.

I am higher up so I have more options, so I write reviews on guys products fairly often.

We need more men! Women...get your guys reviewing!

Well we still have a lot of men who are kinda eeked out by sex toys and the like. Mine is. I mean he readily uses vibes and dildos on me and had no issues with the Tenga Egg, but he doesn't like the idea of pocket pussies or fleshlights. But he thinks it's cool that I do it and he tells everyone about it. He'd never do it himself though.

I've had the same question asked but for a female product. It's honestly no one's business, so ignore it. If you know how it works, how well it works, then it's all good!

I've asked mine if he wants to review things on here, and he's worried about the fact that he's not a great writer. So he says he'll leave the reviewing to me, lol

Mine is the same...not a natural writer and he really doesn't enjoy it but he loves the toys, so I tend to review them from the perspective of the person that gets to use them on him.

I asked my mentor about this very thing. I just hope that when all is done I am able to give back to EF as well as other members and that in the end I will have helped more then one person out. I believe in the thoughts that a healthy sex life can help in making the person healthier and happier. Now whether it is with someone else or you are alone I don't think it really matters as long as you do it.

I did a review on a masturbator and I wrote everything except for the experience section how I would normally write any review, and then for the experience section I asked him specific questions that I would ask myself and wrote it that way. He loves the toys I've gotten him tho, so I'm happy with that

Mine is an excellent writer and he said he would think about it. I really don't want to have to write reviews on male products either. He asked if I'd be his mentor and I said "no". LOL. I'd rather he do it with someone else.

After I signed up for the review program I told Jonathan about it and he wanted to join too! He is a better writer than me in my opinion. I am happy he is here!

Hey I am trying. I only can write so fast, Haha

The biggest problem I have is the male type toys (masterbatores, sleeves) that I want to try have lots of reviews. Same with anal toys. So I try to get on the product search and find something I think I might like that is new. There seems to be more toys for women then men and I think that has something to do with it.

I also will review vibes and dildos, sometimes from my wife's experiences and sometimes from my experience using them for prostate massage. This fills in when I can't find something for my penis to try.

I do not know one guy outside Eden that will admit to using toys on them self. So I guess we need to figure out how to bring in more guys!

Jor isn't really dedicated enough to reviewing for me to want to get him an account. I'll purchase him products and whatnot, but he has a disjointed writing style either. It's much better if I just transcribe his words into a review. At least we're getting some male reviews then.

You are so right, there are so many more toys for woman than there is for men, That is another thing that I would love to say.... They should make sure that we have MANY options for the men as well... I know the ideas will possibly all be the same, but honestly, most of the vibrators look the same, Just different colors and whatnot. Thank you for being a man and being experimental though, well all appreciate that

My man isn't good at explaining himself. He tells me what he thinks and feels with the male products . He leaves me to do the dirty work, He isn't good at putting feelings and wording into sentences sometimes. I guess I know what he is trying to say lol.

Cyn worked on me for about a year after I did my first review to do another. It took some coaxing, but I finally came around and started doing reviews. What really got me interested were the forums, really.

I'm biologically male though I identify as trans, so I kind of sit on the line there...but yes I agree it would be great to see more male reviewers around here. It's definitely nice getting differing perspectives since all sex toy purchasers and users are not just females.

There are significantly more toys designed with females in mind, but I do think that is changing to some degree. I do hope either way that more men take the leap into reviewing and writing whether they have a partner on here doing it as well or not. I end up writing all of the reviews for the toys my partner and I get, but I always consult with her about what she thinks of things, and I don't see a problem with one member of a couple writing reviews, but it is nice to have more reviewers with different interests and ideas.

I don't know..I personally don't find it weird for women to review products that their male partner used or for men to review products that their woman partner used..so long as they know some details about the experience. I think that's kind of the great thing about EF! You get different perspectives in the reviews. One might be a masturbator that a woman reviewed that her man used and the next on the same product might be from a man who used it himself.

My husband doesn't want to review and his reason why is that he has the Maven, he's happy with the Maven and doesn't see the point in needing anything else. If I ask why he likes the Maven he says "it works". He's curious about the fleshlight since he's heard so much about it..but I'm sure if I bought it for him he'd say "yea it works". So, unless I was going to use it with him and then write the review it'd be a pretty short review! LOL

He also has always thought it's odd how women talk about things with their friends about their bodies and sex and stuff and him and his friends really don't. I've told him that some men DO talk about this stuff with each other..but he just can't imagine it. He's perfectly open with me and will talk about anything with me, but he just thinks for himself that he'd feel awkward talking to other people about it. Luckily he has no problem with me doing the talking about our sex life!

He's more than willing to help me with the reviews by trying the toys out with me..and sometimes he helps me name them but that's about it lol

I often request products that I think my guys might enjoy...much to their chagrin sometimes but neither have the time to actually sit down and write the reviews. I quiz them and then write the review. I haven't ever gotten any flak from it but if I did I'd ignore it like Sir says. Your reviews are fine and a great read...keep on keepin on!

Boink, I totally agree with you... Alicia, I know exactly what you are saying, that is sort of how my husband spoke about his toy, and truthfully Airen is right too, many men don't have the time to do it but i think as us girls, and guys, we do a great job at our reviews.... I just hope to see more male products and more males try them.

I think it is great that some women use male toys with a partner and then write the reviews! I know in at least a few cases this has broken the ice for the partner, and then they have begun to do their own reviews afterward; win/win.

Very true Gary, I just finally got my husband to start his own account... So hopefully he can explore some new things that he would like to try rather than not saying anything at all and hoping that i will just find the "right toy" for him. Lets see what happens...

Just signed on and I've got a great mentor Never thought I'd play with toys and was bored so I gave it a try. Personally, I'd also like to see more reviews from men too. If I was still married, it would also be great to have a spouse who enjoyed toys with their husbands (hope these guys realize how lucky they are!). I think it's great that some women write reviews on male products but from my own perspective, I relate more to those written by men.

I know a few guys who admits using toys or want to using toys outside EF, but they knew I was reviewing sex toys on the side first. Then they opened up. It's pretty cool.

I have recently met a guy (neighbor) who is into toys with his wife. We talked about dil's and vibes for a while, then he asked if I did any P spot play. Well I just showed him my reviews, and since I have become his go to guy for advice on his intro to anal play and other toys.

Seems like more and ,more guys are coming around to the toy side of sex. It's a good thing.

To bad I could not get him to join, but I think he will soon. He and his wife really likes the sight.

I agree. More male perspectives would be great! Although, I'd like to work my way up in the reviewer status so that I could get some things for hubby to try. He's too shy to do this on here himself (I think), but I'm pretty creative to get his point across too.
