We have all five, and the module or pile are our favorites. The spiral and zen just aren't as stimulating as other (and in some cases, cheaper) sleeves out there.

In my opinion...NO, nothing will ever be as good as the real thing. Sure they feel good and are fun to use but there is no pulse, continued warmth or reaction to what he is doing. They are just a replacement for the hand.

I only have the Pile so I can't really recommend one over the others. Look at what he likes, is he sensitive, does he like lots of texture or do you just want something for foreplay?

i think the reason spiral has the most votes is because it's the most widely purchased, coming from someone who has 3 of the 5, I think pile is much better than polygon and slightly better than spiral.
