Until recently I almost always gave myself two orgasms per session, the first clitoral and the second vaginal. Now, when I'm more constrained for time I'll stick to a quick clitoral orgasm just to hold me over. And then there are those marathon sessions in which I switch back and forth over and over... I voted for all three just because it depends on the session. If I'm going for a single ejaculatory orgasm then it going to be one (orgasm and ejaculation are two separate things in males, and no it not just a matter of using Kegels to stop ejaculation although that's the most well know method)If I going for multiple orgasm the number can go in to the double digits.
