I got my boyfriend a tenga wavy egg and he loved it, so I got him a whole carton of eggs to try out. I thought it was a good choice for a first toy because they're not creepy or intimidating, and if you take off the label, they're just an innocent easter egg. :3

The Toy's Heart opaque sleeves are pretty good; like the Hotmilk, the Peach Pai, and the Si-X sleeves. Their transparent toys have been notoriously sticky though, so stay with the opaques.

I also hear that the Tenga 3D is really good. They're pricier than the Eggs, but more durable since they're not meant to be disposable.
