TPR/TPE - Non Porous?

Good evening/afternoon/morn ing,

Not sure who to contact on this one. I am struggling a bit with my review. I have been out of the toy game for about 7 or 8 years. It was always a given that TPR/TPE was porous. Well I have learned today that it is possible to make a non-porous TPR, but it is rare, more costly, and difficult process. The toy in question: link (The Love Kiss).

My question is there a way to reach out to someone in manufacturing to verify the non porous nature? Silly as it sounds, I think its a pretty important detail. If its non-porous it should be able to be fully sanitized. Some of the safety recommendations such as condoms would not apply. I do not want to give bad info. Also this could be a error on the site saying it is non porous. Just wanted to get some confirmation from someone.

Has anyone reached out before?

My suggestion is to just stay with silicone - no issues - no problems.

Silicone is available in a wide variety of products - the options are nearly endless. One thing I really like is the wide range of firmness options that are offered by today's manufacturers - and many are US made - which is important to me.

Lastly - with just routine washing with soap and water, they can last a very long time. I have silicone toys that are easily 8-10 years old and still very much like they were when new. IMO, it's worth the investment.

You're completely right, TPR/TPE material is porous, and the Love Kiss vibrating masturbator is not an exception. That was a typo on the product page. Sorry for the misleading! We've already fixed the mistake and written down the correct information.
