I'm not male but EVERY person I have ever talked to has said that a sleeve doesn't feel better than the real thing but it does feel better than a hand. It's not a replacement but it's nice to have when you're flying solo.

They are fun toys which can feel a number of different ways. There are some which have very prominent textures and some which are more subtle. They almost all feel good and are a nice way to break up the monotony of just righty or lefty. No they can not compare to the real deal but they are fun in their own way.
