I use a heating pad, but sometimes it takes FOREVER for it to actually get warm inside. I don't have the luxury of being able to leave the sleeve out of my fleshlight in a sink full of hot water, so I was wondering how everyone else warms theirs up?
How do you warm your sleeve or masturbator up?

Running warm water through it seems like the only way, I mean there are lubes that say the warm but I never used them before.
