So I think I'm going to take the plunge and get my man his very first Fleshlight this Christmas. He has a bunch of Tenga Eggs, a Beauty Sleeve, The Tube, and a few other masturbators but has never tried a Fleshlight. He's pretty easy to please and not super picky so I'm alright with choosing one for him. What would you guys (and girls that have bought them for guys) recommend as a first? I don't know if or when we'd be getting him a second one so this one will not only be his first, but his only at least for a while.

I've been in your position trying to make heads or tails out of all the various textures so that I could make the best possible decision for my husband.

I received the most suggestions for the STU. Other popular textures include the Wonder Wave and Forbidden (only available in the anal molds). It seems as though the Lotus does not work for a lot of men because most of the texture begins too deep in the sleeve.

The boyfriend is most fond of the Wonder Wave and Tera Patrick Twista. He disliked the STU. It really depends on what your guy likes. The boyfriend loves toys with the ribs - like, a lot, so Wonder Wave and Twista are his favorites. We have like...almost all of them (and all sold on EF), so if you have specific questions, feel free to ask.

I have only tried the Lotus, I was not all that impressed. Like Selective Sensualist said, seems that the STU, Wonder Wave and the Forbidden are the most popular. I will add the Destroya and the new Crystal texture in the Fleshlight Ice look very promising. I am not sure if Eden carries them though. I like the look of the Vibro and it is carried here, Mistress Kay has a review on it link

The nice part is once you have the case you can just buy the sleeve's, that way you save some money.

It is just so hard to pick one.

We tried the Lotus, if he's shorter than 6-6.5 inches, it's not worth it. I was just thinking about maybe getting the Vibro for My Mister next. It might be like a compromise between the Cobra Libre and a Fleshlight (????)

What about masturbators does he like? That will influence what texture to look for. Also, are you only interested in buying it from EF? Only certain textures are available from EF with a case. They have others available, but only as a replacement sleeve. Have you considered the Flip Hole also?

The Cobra Libre is unique, but will not satisfy every guy because of the lack of thrusting. Personally, I like it because it is intense. The Fleshlight and Cobra Libre are just so different, there's no comparing the two.

I'd like to buy from EF if possible. I know he likes the horizontal ribs in masturbators like the low end of the beauty sleeve, the tube, and the spider and wavy Tenga Eggs, but he really seems to like the stepper egg and nubby things like that as well. Like I said, he is pretty easy to please and we've yet to come across anything he doesn't like.

I really haven't considered the Flip Hole yet. It seems pretty complicated, would you say it's comparable (not in feel but in value & pleasure) to the Fleshlight?

Yeah, I don't think the Cobra Libre is for him. I think it's a great idea but I've played with vibrating toys (two bullets) around his head and he loves it, but it doesn't actually get him off. And I can't bring myself to spend that much on a toy for him just for foreplay. I definitely want something that's going to get the whole job done.

Well, that was why I said it was like a compromise! You get the thrusting and realism of the FL, but the vibrations like a CL. Not comparing the two... it's like it's COMBINING the two!

Does that make more sense?

I don't have a Flip hole, so maybe others can chime in on it. However, based on reviews I think the textures are pretty intense. So I would think the Flip Hole and maybe the STU are somewhat similar in terms of intensity of stimulation. The Wonder Wave is a more ribbed texture, and Forbidden is a tight wavy texture. And I don't think the Flip Hole is very complicated. It just has buttons to vary the sensations I think.

Ah, I misread your original post. I thought you were trying to decide on one or the other. I totally missed your point that the Vibro was the compromise.

I have many fleshlights and my favorite is the vortex which is a also a common favorite on the fleshlight forum. The vibro is a sleeve I would not suggest. the vibes die really fast and If you put all three vibes in the sleeve chances are it will be too tight. It certainly was for me so I never used the vibe aspect of the sleeve, besides the vibes never did anything for me and I like vibrations.
