We have never heard of nor experienced this phenomenon. It would almost be no different than asking "will too much sex reduce sensation?". Probably not, but you'll build-up more stamina. A lot of things would have to happen to destroy/damage the nerves in the penis for this to happen, and would more than likely result in pain first.

okay thanks. some sleeves that used to feel more powerful (and one rather abrasive) have been dulling. I figured it was just wear and tear, but i'm paranoid in regards to my health.

If they feel abrasive, it's probably time to find a different sleeve. They should feel good and stimulating, but not abrasive. A sandpaper feel is not good! (ha ha)
