I like the surge texture in fleshlights because I feel every change on the surface.

Hi Bill,
I would recommend trying the Scout since it has a tongue-like texture, like a lot of tongues all around the inner sleeve, while the Cobra libre doesn't have any texture at all and it's stimulating only the tip of the penis.
So you decide of course, both variants are good to go. But for texture lovers - Scout if a better choice, i guess.
