I saw one in a sex shop today that was meant for this. I think it was called the H2H-90 or something like that. It was pretty long and had a hole at either end, and even the packaging showed two guys using it together.

I've seen them, but it wasn't something for me so I haven't kept track of it.

I'm not sure if it applies when using a toy, but when using foreskin it's called "docking".
