If your Vagina is somewhat sensitive, which type of Lubricant is better to use?

I've been curious to know which lubricant I'd be better off purchasing. What I mean by sensitive is, I personally have a low immune system and am more prone to get UTIs and yeast infections so I want to decide if I should get a water based or silicone based lube, I also heard there's natural lubes too.

I have the same problem you do and I don't find a difference between water and silicone based. I make sure the lube is free of glycerin (which can cause yeast infections) and parabens (which make me burn badly). Sliquid makes a hybrid lube and a ton of different water based lubes that are glycerin and paraben free. There's a few other brands but I don't have personal experience with those.

EF just recently started carrying a lube that is supposed to offer protection against many issues. It does not specifically say UTI's, but it looks promising. protects against yeast infections and more
natural defense

I've personally had no issues with the sliquid line
and i am VERY easily irritated
