I know I can buy from this site or Amazon with its free 2 day shipping, but I noticed Walmart also sells a variety of lubes, are any of the water based lines safe for tenga flip? Without damaging them? And what's the cornstarch for?

As long as the lube is water based, you shouldn't have an issue with your Tenga. Tenga's do wear out though. I'm not sure if you know that or not, but on the off chance you were not aware of that.

Care Instructions for your Tenga Flip can be found here.
As for the Cornstarch, you might be thinking of a Fleshlight. With a Tenga product, there is no need for Cornstarch to maintain the efficiency of the product. All you have to do is rinse out after use and let dry. It is just as simple as that. Hope that helps.
BTW, what are Local Lubes?

Yes, I too am rather baffled by the reference to "Local Lubes" and being an inquisitive individual as well... I too want to know.

My first thought when I saw Local Lubes was any brand found at a local store where he wouldn't have to ship it from an online site.
