We like to engage in some oral before sex but after giving pleasure to the other by hand. And that needs some lube. For example: Can I use a silicone based lube on her, then give her oral?

When I've had silicone lube in my mouth it didn't actually have any taste, it just had a weird texture and kind of coated my tongue. It didn't make me sick but I could see it causing some digestive problems if you swallowed a bunch of it.

When we talk about Silicone or water based lubes, we are talking about the main ingredient. You can't decide if is good or bad just with that.
It is not the same a silicone lube with Dimethicone and Dimethiconol, that a silicone lube with Polydimethylsiloxane, Decamethylsyclopentasi loxane, Octamethylcyclotetrasi loxane, Dimethylsiloxane, Hydroxy-terminated Capsium, Peppermint.
So in the first one, you need to check how safe are those 2 ingredients. In the second, you need to check a lot more.
Now you can see you can't just say is safe or it is not safe just because the main ingredient or the lube type.
To the use you want to give, I will try to get a simple formula. DL lubes (Dr love or Getmaxxx) are the safer one talking about silicone based.
Here you have 2 links to check ingredients safety:

It won't kill you but I can't imagine it tastes great!

I am NOT a lube expert but I can't think of any medical problems unless you ingest a hefty amount of lubricant. From experience, silicone lubricant didn't taste bad or cause any bodily harm, but it did leave a horrible residue in my mouth.

Yeah you can but you may want to keep something close to rinse your mouth with.

DWTIM posted a video of him setting it on fire. Furthermore "silicone-based lubricants are super-slippery, as they are chemically hydrophobic." Generally, hydrophobic substances shouldn't be digested as they mess up you internal balance. Most importantly Dimethicone is a top tier ingredient with some health concerns associated with it. DIMETHICONE FACT SHEET.

I don't recommend ingesting any type of silicone lube. Since silicone lubes are made up of hydrophobic chemicals (think about swallowing oil, which is hydrophobic, and silicone is a lot more harmful to your body than the oil).
Plus silicone lubes taste gross, so I would keep it away from your mouth. Period.

It shouldnt make you sick unless you consume a lot of it.

The ones I have tried don't have great tastes and the slick texture is gross. Didn't make me sick.

I don't really use silicone-based lubricant, but I've read (at least on Sliquid's website) that ingesting it won't make you sick, especially if it's just a small amount. I've also heard that it's not the best-tasting thing, though, so bear that in mind.

Don't mind the taste, but usually have a little coconut oil mixed with it.
