Best Multipurpose Lube?

So I'm looking for a lube that ideally can serve me for these three functions; use with toys vaginally, use with toys anally and use for anal sex with a real person.

Is there a lube you would recommend that might work for all three of these? I'd prefer to just buy one if at all possible. I'm also a bit more interested in water based lubes (considering the material of some of my toys), but whatever works.

Maximus makes an awesome lube. Water based and the wife and I use it for EVERYTHING. Super long lasting, doesn't get sticky and it stays where you put it.
