I think the Makin Waves is better - the pattern on that Ship Happens should be used on a little girl's dress.

Ship happens is by far the cutest, but.. It isn't nicely sized for those who aren't close to the size in the product picture. Makin Waves comes in every size from S-1X/2X/3X, so there's a lot more variety there and I like the way it fits better, too. Ship Happens has the best colors and theme, honestly, but Makin Waves wins for me in sizing just because it's better to have something fit nicely than just to look pretty and be unwearable.
