I think this outfit is hot but I can't decide which color I'd like better on someone. The red/black is more traditional but the blue/white looks more girly. What do you think?

Depends on the look you are going for. Red/black for a slutty school girl and the blue for a sweet school girl. Thats what I would do any way.

The red one. Unless you have a similar outfit in that color, then I'd go for the blue. Or if you expect to get a similar one in red later on.
