Extra small when it's available, but most smalls work out for me. I have the most issues in the bust line, because my boobs won't quite fill out some small sizes--I am not a busty woman.

Large - Im just 5 feet nothing, but blessed with a well-sized chest, so any smaller and I cant close in front /put on.

It is weird that most people voted small when I tend to have a really hard time finding reviews smaller than a large most of the time, so I never know what to expect.
