The past two times I've ordered corsets I've run into an issue with the sizing. I wear a 32 and have had lots of the corsets by Dreamgirl fit, but then I ordered another and the 32 was four inches longer than the 32 in the other styles.

This last time I got two Escante corsets. Same deal! One was 4" wider than the other with the lacing spaced the same on both.

Now, this isn't Eden's fault. Both times this has happened the corsets were labeled as a 32 by the company.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Moral of the story: if you order a corset that *should* fit you and it's obnoxiously big or small, take a tape measure to it. It might be a slip-up from the company.

I exchanged the first one for another 32 in the same style and it fit like all the others, and I'm pretty sure it'll be the same with the one I just got.

It's so crazy that it's happened two times in a row from two different companies, though!

I'm glad I'm not the only one with corset issues! I ordered a Dreamgirl corset in a size 32 and I was swimming in it! I knew that it probably wouldn't be tight but I didn't think it would be too large for me to even wear. I haven't ever had another corset from that company but I have ordered other lingerie from them that fit just fine. I never thought to measure it thought!

If you can fit into 32 bra sizes, the Dreamgirl stuff should fit. I've never had a problem with mine and I'm on the smaller side of 32. They fit skin-tight if I want them to.

So strange! Maybe they did send me the wrong size after all. I wish I still had the piece so I could measure it. Maybe I'll try again. Thanks so much for the info!

That is really weird! I will totally check before I think I lost or gained a ton of weight all of a sudden lol.

Thanks for posting this. I wondered how corsets that had size 32's, 34's etc. went by the breast size or waist size.
