I am in between a small and a medium, according to the size chart for Dreamgirl. I'm a 32C, 27" waist, 35" hips. I'm a 50/50 split between the 2 sizes.
I have about the same measurements (about 1" off for both waist and hips) and I'm a size small. I say go with the small, especially for something like a corset which is supposed to be body hugging.

I think a corset looks good tight so small is better in my opinion.
Yes, absolutely get the small. I have a corset..not the same one as this but a similar design, and I had to return it twice before I finally got a size that fit. At the time, I was wearing size 36B bras (I've since learned 34C is a better fit for me and that's what I now wear), so I ordered the size 36. Way to big! So I returned it and got the 34. It fit better but still too roomy in the front. So I returned it AGAIN, and got the 32. Finally, it seems to fit! I still might like if it was a little bit tighter but I ran out of size options (32 was the smallest). Anyhow, the lesson learned here is that from now on, whenever I get a corset, I'm starting with the smallest size first and recommend the same to you based on you measuremetns. Good luck with it! I hope you like it!
