Weight 200-210 lbs, and want to lose weight within 3 months! Target goal is 130 lbs. I love to dance and like real viewers advice instead of paid actors!
Have anyone tried Rockin Body by Shaun T? Does it really work, and what was your results?

I have no experience with this particular workout routine, but dancing in general is a great workout. You use your whole body, and that's the best way to burn calories. The key with these sorts of workouts is sticking with them and really getting into it - if you're half assing it and stopping as soon as you can, then it won't do much good, but any kind of active dancing is good cardio. One thing is that you can't expect to workout for only three months and have the weight stay off, and not only that, 70-80 pounds in three months is pretty darn unhealthy. If you want to keep the weight off, I'd aim for something more like two to three pounds a week at the most. You could theoretically get down to 130 in your timeframe, but it would be terrible for your health and the weight wouldn't stay off if you just went back to your regular habits.

I've heard and seen it on infomercials, but I never tried it.

I have not tried it but it looks tempting. I wonder if it really works as well.

I've never heard of the workout before. I agree with everything surreptitious said. That much weight loss in 3 months is very unhealthy.

I have seen commercials for it but I have not tried it. It seems like a great exercise program. Just keep in mind that it is a combination of exercising and eating right that leads to maximum weight loss. Losing that much weight in that short amount of time may be difficult considering people typically lose only 1-2 pounds a week (that's 3500 to 7000 calories a week you must burn/consume less of). But don't get discouraged. Take it one day at a time and be proud of what you can accomplish!

I have not tried either one. I suggest not setting your weight loss goal so high. It is easy to get discouraged.
I lost a lot of weight very quickly several years ago and ended up having gallbladder issues and had to have mine removed. I was not aware that rapid weight loss could cause that (among other health issues).
Another piece of advice is that you will plateau from time to time. Sometimes I had to go up in calories for several days and then drop down again to give my system a kick start.
Also be sure to take vitamins if you are losing weight fast.
