Is it just me or is most of the fabric and lace used on sexy lingerie pretty cheesey looking? Why isn't it made in finer fabrics and lace?:

To keep the cost down. Quality fabrics are often imported, and are not synthetic, and therefor cannot be mass produced as easily. If you want quality products, buy handmade. It will be three times the price, though.

i wish the lace was more durable too.

I agree lillostlenore. Lace seems to be very easy to tear even if you're very careful with it.

I think if the lingerie is not a nice quality, it makes us look like cheap hookers. If I can lead you to a mall store/mail order catalogue, their quality is excellent, a great return policy and rather high prices (the down side). They have good sales (especially on-line). Also, if you are near one of their mall stores, you get to try everything on before you buy and that is alot of fun. Their panties are pricey (sales prices run $5 to $12 a pair) but wearing they you will feel so good and your partner will not be able to resist biting them off your body!!). But my friend, Victoria wants to keep it a "Secret".

they look cheesy because most people don't know the difference...

and those who can tell, don't really care I suppose, since I doubt that the quality of the lace and fabric is something your partner is concentrating on...
