I've kept my shoes on when it's a quickie in the office, in the car, in the park, behind a building...you get the idea. I like my feet free when I'm in bed though.

We had a waterbed for a long time, so I can relate, especially since the heels I wear during sex could probably impale a wild boar. That DOES, however, also eliminate the 'discomfort' issue, since any attempts to stand or walk in them become, at best, a 'totter' or slight 'wobble.'

All the time. I dress up in lots of outfits/lingerie for my man and these almost always include wearing heels. He has a bit of a high heel fetish and likes me to keep them on in bed even when im naked.
My man also makes me keep the heels on when we're in bondage play and im usually tied up so cant really complain even if i wanted to
