I "love" them, but I've never really had a good one. I'm plus-sized with small breasts, so most bra manufacturers assume you don't "want" to push things up as most plus-size women usually have very large breasts. So I've never really had one that fits. Oh, I totally wish I could fit into push-up bras that actually worked though. Cleavage would be amazing.

I wanted to know what others thought about them to see if all this iffy-ness is just a neurosis of mine. This poll is mostly geared towards women but I would like men's input as well.

I'm a DD, so push-ups aren't necessary!

I don't need them but I love them

I don't wear them. Men shouldn't expect big boobs to be up to a woman's neck!

My girls do just fine on their own so I don't wear them and my BF calls them false advertising
07/25/2012
i wear them sometimes
07/25/2012
I rarely wear them. I have enough boob-age as it is, I don't need anything extra to accentuate them. Lol

The only people I care about impressing with my breasts is my man. And he loves push up bras. I mean, he already knows what I look like without a bra on but he says that when I wear a push up bra, it's a big teaser for him.

Most of my bras are push ups. I love them. I'm only 20 but I've had DD's since my freshman year of high school, always varying somewhere in between a 32 and a 38 band. I'm short (5'3") and curvy (my hips are 49 inches at the widest point) and I carry pretty much all my weight in my chest and hips. I weigh more than anyone would ever guess and my stomach's pretty flat considering. As such, my boobs are pretty damn heavy. I visit a chiropractor pretty regularly to get my back fixed since I'm always throwing my alignment out leaning backwards to compensate for it. I've talked to my doctor about having a reduction done but I plan on having children and breast feeding so I want to wait for another 15 or so years to get that done. Until then, push up bras keep my boobs where they're supposed to be and help to take some of the strain off of my back and shoulders. I probably wouldn't feel the same about them if I constantly had visible cleavage, but I wear a lot of t-shirts so people rarely see any.

I have 3 kids. My boobs need the boost lol
07/26/2012
I wear them most of the time, but just the kind that lift your boobs. Not like the one that adds two cup sizes and is essentially two pillows strapped to your chest
07/26/2012
theyre ok sometimes
07/26/2012
I don't really wear push-up bras because I am relatively busty... I have a plunge bra that I wear with low-cut shirts, but other than that, I usually just wear a sports bra.
07/26/2012
I think it's false advertising if you wear a padded bra.

I like them but they're also usually uncomfortable and since being married I am ALL about the comfy.

I have no one to impress anymore.
07/26/2012
I used to wear them a lot more, when I had a smaller bust. But anymore I find them kind of uncomfortable to wear for a whole day.
07/26/2012
It depends I enjoy a little push, but all of the new bars seem to give you 3 extra cups and it looks bad.
07/26/2012
I never wear them. I tried one once and it looked ridiculous. It was from Victoria's Secret and it did make my boobs look bigger but they looked fake. I felt like a bimbo.
07/26/2012
hate them should be an option no offense to the smaller chested woman out ther but im so tire of shopping for bras and finding nothing but bras that look like a d when its actually an a cup with enough padding to look like my size i mean if you have small breasts dont be asshamed and hide it cause someones gonna find out then ull even be more embaraced
07/26/2012
Not for me. It's a pain finding bras my size that aren't push-up.
