So I ordered my very first set though this site, I thought it was super cute and just what I wanted. I am not a tiny woman at all. I wear a size 12/14 with a 34 D cup bra. so I ordered the XL size cause when I buy anything like that at the stores. I was so happy when I came home from work today to see it had arrived that I went to my room to try it on. Its to big. I mean I can still wear it but I would have to take it in a bit around the chest and the thong. Is huge ugh I kinda frustrated but I so do not want to take the time to return it since its not something I will wear alot. So For my future knowing. Does all the clothing and lingerie run larger here???
Does the lingerie run small.

Well, it depends on the manufacturer, to be honest.

EF does offer size charts for different manufcturers. Not only that, some some styles run smaller. Like, chemises tend to be smaller than babydolls, in my experience. Also, with plus size/XL, the thongs tend to be GIGANTIC. Seriously. Just skip them.

It really does depend on the style and the manufacturer. Some run a bit big, some run a bit small. If there are reviews on the item, that can help you know which way a specific piece runs.

thanks I will keep this in mind, thankfully i can fix the issue and instead of the thong I got super cute black and pink boyshorts that I can wear with it. I was just so surprised it was so big on me..

No problem. Also, if you find that a piece runs way off, you should write a review to let us know about that, and save other people from learning the hard way

I second and third the comment that it depends on the manufacturer. I try to get into a line I like and then from experience figure out their sizing.
For awhile I have been hooked on the Croquet (still am) but I noticed they have changed their sizing.
I will also go by reviewers if their size is close to mine.

In my experience, Coquette runs pretty true to size, Fantasy Lingerie runs a bit large, Espiral's clothes run really small but their lingerie is pretty on-target.
I'd suggest reading reviews to find people who are similar to you in size/body type and following them! It helps a lot for figuring out what will and won't work for you. Actually, reviews in general- even if someone isn't my size, their general description of how something fits (tight in the bust but loose in the hips? etc.) helps a lot.

I think the only thing that's really changed with Coquette's sizing is the One Size stuff. Everything else looks the same to me, but I also haven't studied it in depth.
