There is an opening dead center of the crotch area. It is on my list to review. I will try to get it reviewed and some pics posted tomorrow for you. They are quite comfy and the placement of the hole is good. Some crotchless panties have odd placement.

Let me know if you need any more pics and I will be glad to get them posted for you. The only drawback with these is the lace trim around the crotch opening is a bit scratchy. It is not that bad but it could be softer. Otherwise these are great.

I don't know for sure with these since it does vary depending on the panties (some are small crotch holes and others are just an open slit), but it definitely looks like these are the open-split type. I have several from here, but not these because I really don't like the look, but crotchless panties are a lot of fun!
