I am always amazed at what people can come up with. I wonder what will be next? It will be something like what was in that movie with Sylvester stallone in the 90s. Demolition Man. Sandra Bulluck wanted to have sex with him and it was with something she put on her head so they didnt touch. I had no idea such garments even existed.

Since I'm not at all into wearing rubber/latex panties and prefer to remove my undergarments for sex (things like crotchless panties and cupless bras have also never held much allure for me), the notion really doesn't appeal to me at all.

But it's definitely an interesting, creative idea for those who are into such things!

Well it is different. Stepping out of your comfort zone can be a challenge but think of it a pair of panties with a female condom sewn in.

Honestly it is interesting to see.

Huh.. never heard of these, but I guess it's a pretty smart idea!

Due to the kind of outlandish look, I bet it could find a comfortable place in some fetish scenes, like gimp/latex/being made to be a public toy, etc.
