Based solely on the appearance of the two I'd pick the Zip Up one because it has straps and I like how the neckline cuts all the way down to the top of the zipper.=^.^=
It really is a matter of personal preference though.

there both plastic boning which my mate dislikes. real corseting should have some metal instead.
i don't like the lycra backing for the snake bustier which i would have voted for otherwise. it really detracts from the garment as a whole which makes my mate sad.
