I know that there are toy swaps and second hand sex toys on sale sometimes and I wonder how many people would actually go for it.

Personally, I would never use a second hand toy even if it is made of a sterilizable material like glass and metal.I just cant imagine sticking a toy that someone else used in my private parts. It just makes me cringe!

Only if it's a safe material. I have several 'second hand' toys, and have sold quite a few on the Classifieds. It doesn't bother me.

Depends on the material, and it would need to be from someone I knew personally. I'd also have to be certain the toy was never used if/while the person had a viral infection. Even "non-porous" materials do have tiny pores (everything does), and while most bacteria can't fit into them, some viruses can.

I would never ever use a second hand toy. I am never going to risk my personal health for a less expensive toy. Just isn't worth it in the big picture

That is honestly NASTY as hell!!!
I would NEVER I get 99% of my toys free as is so I wouldn't have to worry about a cheaper cost

If it was made of glass, silicone or metal I would use it. Those materials are easy to fully disinfect so it wouldn't be a big deal.

I don't really understand why anyone would say to a sterilizable material, because when you go to the OBGYN and they use that metal speculum it is just sterilized and been used even by those with diseases, so it is no big deal.
