"Green" means that they're environmentally friendly in some way. A toy could be green by being rechargeable, by being made of materials that last a long time (like silicone, glass, and steel) so there are fewer being thrown out, or made of renewable and/or biodegradable materials (such as wood - wooden toys are commonly made from scrap wood or from sustainable tree farms).
