A toy is more thoughtful, if the person knows what I like. Gifts are nice in general though.

While both are really nice thoughtful gifts, i'f prefer a giftcard over a toy since i know what i like better than someone else may, but if i got a toy i'd still really appreciate it.

Gift cards across the board, it doesn't even matter what store. I think it's thoughtful because anyone who knows me knows I would love a gift card the most!

Either would be great! I would love a gift card because my husband is pretty clueless in what I like and quality (I'm slowly educating him). Though, I would love getting a toy from him, because it would mean he stepped out of his comfort zone for me!

I like gift cards so that I can pick out something for myself, but if they are buying off of my wishlist I am happy as well. The key is that it is something that I pick out, as there is limits on size and designs that work for me.

Toy if it's from my partner card if it's from anyone else since my partner probably knows what kind of thing I'm currently wanting but anyone else would have to guess from my wishlist and that can't always reflect what I have my eye on NOW.
