Would you re-buy a toy you loved in a limited edition color?

If you all ready owned a toy, really liked it and found it in a limited edition color (that was your favorite color), would you buy it again?

I don't think I'd be able to do it if it was a remotely expensive toy. I might try to convince my guy to get it for me, though...

If it was a type of toy that has a limited life-span like a bullet then yes - the original one would be relegated to a back-up.

I don't think I would, unless I was in need of a replacement.

Depends on how much I loved the toy. If it was one of my favs I would.

Oh, my word. If the LELO Bob came in limited edition colors, I don't doubt that I'd try to scoop every one of them up!

Probably not.. although there might someday be an exception. Maybe if my original toy was showing some wear and tear so I could further justify a second purchase

While it may seem terribly silly, if a toy came out in that just perfect shade I totally would. Color is as much a turn on as any other feature.

If it were just a different color, no. If it had added features, maybe.

Would have to say yes if it was our favorite toy and we were concerned it was going to be dieing off and wanted a replacement.

Maybe not if it was a very expensive toy, but I have done this already. I don't think it was a limited time thing, or even if the toys came from the same company, but I got the bent graduate and then bought the amethyst when it came out. I hate pink, so spending $15 on a toy I know I will love was worth it just to have a better color. It helped too to know that because glass isn't porous, I could give the bent graduate to a friend.

I would only do this if I really loved the toy, and my original was on its way out.

If the toy wasn't too pricey, yes. Or if the old toy was starting to show wear (or in the case of vibes, was losing power), then yes. Otherwise, no.

The only toys I ever considered getting two of to have a different color were the Silk Medium (it used to come in a fantastic shade of blue, but I think that's been discontinued) and the Bent Graduate (there's a cobalt blue version that Eden doesn't carry - I may still get it someday, and I prefer it over the blue Amethyst).

It would depend on how much I liked the limited edition colour vs how much I disliked the current colour. Also how much the toy costs in the first place.

Nope, unless the one I have has been damaged and needs to be replaced.

My favorite toys do not seem to last long since I tend to over use them so yes having two is a great way to ensure you have a back up!

Yeah, purple has been my favorite color since I was a wee little child, so I am a sucker for anything that is a limited run in purple.

I only would if the original toy was dying. Otherwise I couldn't justify it.

I do not re buy anything just to get a limited edition. Now if it was broken, then I would replace it.

Depends on the toy and who would be seeing it / using it

It depends. If it was a toy that I loved and used all the time, wasn't too expensive, and the color was one of my favorites like electric blue or green, then yeah sure. Other than that, probably not.

I wouldn't be able to do it. I try to save money however I can, so buying a toy because of change of color doesn't make sense to me.

Yeah. If it wasn't too pricey I might consider it.
