I can't really make a comparison to glass/metal toys because I woefully don't own any of those yet, but I do have the Ergonomic One Finger, so I can give you a basic impression.

The feeling: silky to the touch, and with a little more..."friction" I guess is the word, with insertion. Not bad, I mean, but it glides against the skin differently.

The weight: lighter than a silicone dildo

The cleaning: I use a tea tree oil soap and hot water. The wood is sealed, so supposedly you can use a regular antibacterial spray, but I don't fully trust the chemicals on the seal.

Feeling- very light weight, but unyielding. It glides very nicely (more so than silicone) with a little bit of lubricant, though not quite as nicely as my steel or glass toys.
The weight- VERY light weight, its the lightest dildo I own, and it is larger than some of my silicone ones.
The cleaning- I use soap & water, as instructed by the man who made mine. I don't share it.

The weight is very light. Definitely lighter than silicone, possibly lighter than plastic. I also have the One Finger.

For cleaning, soap and water is recommended, I believe. Wood should not be submerged in water for extended periods of time, so it can't be boiled. I use a condom when I use the toy anally for that reason.

The feeling? Hmm, it's smooth. Silky, yes. It's nice.
