The biggest I can handle is 1.5" in a very soft material, like VixSkin. With firmer materials, I can only go to about 1.25". Lube is a must with almost anything over 1" (and really I prefer to use it every time anyway).

I can do up to 1.75 or 2 I forget what my biggest is but for that I've to be really turned on or use lubes. I can do 1.5 fine on normal days with out lube.
