I've become a glass addict. But silicone is great too, just very different. Sometimes I want something soft and squishy.

I've never had an opportunity to buy something stainless steel, but I'm hoping to try the Pure Plugs someday, and the Pure Wand. Maybe the Olga.

I'm with you! I love glass, but like something softer sometimes. Looking forward to using stainless steel one day!

Poor steel (no votes): I choose you. It's really a toss-up between quality stainless steel (like Njoy's) and glass for me, esp. for ze bum. Steel is heaviest (and gets cold), but feels identical to glass, which is breakable. I love my Pure Plug and Sexy Spades equally.

I have some of all of those, as well as wood, jelly, plastic...etc. All in all, MY favorites have always been SOFT toys...so used to be my beloved Jellies, now in a trash dump somewhere (material fear), and are being replaced by SILICONE toys. I will say that the high end, rechargeable silicone toys are nice, but they DON'T hold a charge well, when in a drawer, unused. Battery toys used to ALWAYS be "ready to go", or a fresh set of batteries away from playtime. Oh well..always something.

Silicone, glass and steel can be too cold. I worry about glass breaking as well.

Silicone. It's really hard for me to adjust to harder toys, and silicone's got just enough give to feel great. I also worry about glass breaking...

Metal, I haven't gotten to use yet! Maybe some day.

Variety is the spice of life- they are all excellent and appreciated for different reasons. But if I had to choose one, it would be silicone. It's the most versatile of the three.

I've used a lot of them. I prefer Skinlikes, UR3, Cyberskin and the like. They are softer and easier on me. Firmer toys make me very sore.

Go for the Pure Plug, once you've tried your very own, you'll wonder why you didn't buy one sooner!
