It really depends on the material we're talking about. Glass and silicone can be very different in terms of how they feel while being the same exact size.

I definitely want a nice gradient in size--bigger near the base with a smaller head. Honestly, toys with bigger heads than shafts freak me out a little!

I like a penis like "helmet" head. I was disappointed by the Elegance G4 (it is one of my most expensive toys) because the head wasn't bulbous enough.

I didn't even realize I really like a penis like head on a toy until I bought the Elegance and the tapered head didn't do what I wanted it to for me.

Boss (from Fun Factory) with a penis like head. I LOVE it.

Thousands of year of evolution have designed our bodies and yours to work this way! Fantasy is fine - but those who avoid realistic toys are missing out on a key attribute.
