That are worth buying? VixSkin, O2 or one of the SuperSoft-type silicone materials.

I'd say you can't go wrong with Vixskin. The only exception might be the Outlaw which has a larger firm center than the rest - probably because it's so big (9" x 2"). My wife's favorites are Johnny & Maverick - but there are a lot of great reviews posted for the Mustang & Buck as well.
