Because it is so difficult to buy dildos, so we have to made it. We use "high Gloss Liquid Glass".

Silicone, but glass is second. Definitely my favourites, I really don't like porous toys.
03/08/2011
I have a mixture of materials but the largest group would have to be the life like materials - cyberskin and UR3.

I've been getting silicone, but will be trying something called tpr as well.is that even good?
03/08/2011
Silicone with glass being a close second. I need more stainless though.

TPR is a good material, it just can not be sanitized. So if you are going to share, use a condom.

I think most of my toys are silicone, but I'm not sure. I have to check out my collection when I get back home, not that it's a huge collection or anything.

Mine are mostly silicone, with TPR-Silicone coming in second. TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber) isn't a horrible material, as long as it's formulated properly. It's a rubber based plastic, similar to TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) in some cases interchangeable.
I would be happy if the companies which are saving money using TPR-Silicone switched to 100% silicone, though.
I don't share my toys, only My Man comes in contact with them, and we're fluid bonded so it isn't a huge deal for us. Still, I prefer 100% silicone.

My fave is silicon for obvious reasons. But I own mostly jelly products, if you count the vibrators with sleeves.
03/08/2011
I have mostly TPR-silicone. The second most I have are silicone toys.
03/08/2011
TPR silicone and silicone.
03/08/2011
Our toys are mostly glass. Two anal plugs (soon to be three), a glass wand, and a ceramic plug, which I am counting as glass because it's just as hard, just as sterile, and just as breakable. We only have one other toy, a Feeldoe, which is silicone. (We hope to have any many other toys someday though )
03/08/2011
I have a variety but mostly silicone.
03/08/2011
Almost all of mine are silicone, but I have a few plastic, glass, and TPR toys too.
03/08/2011
Mostly silicone but I've been adding more glass lately. I'd also like to try wood.
03/08/2011
Hard plastic. I also have one in TPR, one in latex, one silicone TPR, and my favorite glass dildo. I find hard plastic the best when it comes to vibrating my clit.
03/08/2011
TPR Silicone and silicone. Going to start adding some glass very soon though, which is exciting!

Thanks that's always a worry for me.I've used like jelly toys, and cleaning them is kind of an issue, they collect lint and stuff, plus feel icky.I'm done with that, but don't know much about other materials

Almost all of my toys are either silicone or hard plastic...I have a glass toy that is amazing just saying...

Mine are mostly glass, silicone, and plastic.

the idea of using a glass toy scares me.is it really as great as everyone says?

OMG YES! They're solid, they won't break. I would start with something that's not textured, like the Bent Graduate. I have the Amethyst, which is essentially the same toy, but it's out of stock. Or you could try the Serenity (but get a pouch too because Doc Johnson doesn't provide one). The #17 is AMAZING (but also doesn't come with a bag )

Really, the only way these could break is if you drop it from over your head onto a hard surface. They're amazing for temperature play. They are hard and solid. They are AH-MAZING. I'm amassing quite the glass collection. So far I have 4 (5 if you include my Mr's probe) but I plan on collecting MUCH MORE GLASS!

Lots of silicone!

All the fun ones are silicon

You just talked me into it

The majority are made out of silicone.
03/12/2011
Bent Graduate is definitely amazing.
Most mine are silicone and glass. Silicone for most of my vibrators, and glass for most of my dildos.
