It depends on what you are looking for; the rainbow has nubs the entire length of the toy and can feel sort of harsh to the vagina, where the sweetheart has much more gentle ripples and twists. Personally? I bought both and I love them both but the rainbow is a bit harsher with vigorous thrusting.

The rainbow heart looks heavily textured. As sisterluck said, nubs galore. Make sure you can handle glass with lots of texture! I have a feeling that one is going to provide a LOT of stimulation.
