I'm curious how many people actually use and like these.

We have the Share - it simply doesn't work for us. I'd like to try the Feeldoe More - but I don't expect it to work without a harness. My wife likes the RodeoH Panty harness - and it does work with the Share.
We're planning on getting a real harness soon to use with our Vixskin dildos like Johnny, Maverick and Outlaw (when I'm feeling exceptionally ambitious).

We have a Feeldoe Slim that we've had for a long time now, a Share XL (which is cool, but on the big side for me), and are planning on getting a regular Share. We also have a bunch of "traditional" harness compatible dildos.
We've really liked the insertable strap-ons but find they all work way better when used in conjunction with a harness.

This is what I have noticed too. Keep that in mind while you look a harness will provide some stability to the thrusting.
