I was all set to get Johnny Vixskin today with the Labor Day Coupon, but, alas it's out of stock. To tell the truth, though, the reason I waited to the last minute is that I'm just not sure I want Vixskin. I mean, everyone says you have to be more careful with it. Soooooo, I'm still vacillating and I need to decide: Johnny Silicone or Lone Star Vixskin?

What do you think?

VixSkin! It doesn't take much more care than regular silicone. Regular silicone can be damaged by sharp or pointy objects just like VixSkin, it's just a bit easier to damage VixSkin because it's squishier. Otherwise care is the same. I'm pretty paranoid about damaging my toys and VixSkin doesn't give me any extra worry.

I haven't tried Vixskin but I from what i have read and heard from our wonderful ef group there isn't anything like it.

I don't know what the johnny silicone is, but anything vixskin is amazing. I love mine! It's just the right amount of firmness and outside squishiness. It's silicone and I don't think it needs any more care than any other silicone toy. Still can boil it or clean it with soap and water. Mine's lasted me years.

vixskin is the way to go.
I feels more realistic than some of the silicon toys i own. The care is the same as silicone and the only reaon people say it is harder to care for is becuase it is softer than many other toys.

I've never had any issues taking care of my VixSkin toys. If you store them in their plastic tubes when not in use, they'll be protected.

Vixskin is the closest to real you can get. We own most of the collection. Caring for is easy. Like all silicone toys you do not use with silicone lube, and need to store them separately.

OK - after reading all of the replies, no one has pointed out that VixSkin IS silicone.

Silicone can be formulated in various densities from very firm to very soft. VixSkin toys leverage this flexibility to provide dual density products that are firm enough for both vaginal and anal penetration - yet soft enough to comfortable and lifelike.

We have Johnny, Maverick, Outlaw and Randy - all VixSkin, all wonderful, easy to care for and sanitize. These toys range from 5-10 years old and are still 100% clean sanitary silicone

Hey, have you tried the one named Mustang? I haven't used a toy as big as Johnny and Mustang is smaller than that one. If you have, I was curious if you liked it?
