As a general rule, the very hard, very shiny ones have the least drag.

In my experience, Tantus normal silicone doesn't have much drag. That said, it really depends on the product--I know of some Tantus toys that do have drag. As Elnoa said, look for the shiny. Shiny silicone typically doesn't have drag; matte silicone does.
