When it comes to the most realistic feeling, I can't find better than Cyberskin or UR3. Even my Vixskin doesn't feel as real to human skin to me!

I would go with VixSkin. I have only one (the Raquel), but plan on getting the Johnny in the (very) near future. The material feels great, and is easy to clean and nonporous as well, so you really can't go wrong.
