I think there might be some variability in the angle. Vixen says to keep them upright so they don't lose their shape. I've heard from one person that they can bend out of shape if left on their side. I doubt the size is different though. They're all poured into the same mold.

The EF pictures of each VixSkin model show a high degree of variation, but it must have been different lighting because in person all the cocks I've seen have a very uniform tone for each color. The caramel is way darker than the vanilla. The vanilla isn't as pale as it appears (sometimes it looks ghostly white, like the pic of the goodfella), it's pale but it's a warm pale that is pretty close to most caucasian skin tones.
