I would go with either the Vixskin Maverick or Outlaw. The Maverick head has a little more taper to ease entry and the shaft is softer. My wife can handle the Maverick most days - but the blunt head, firmer and longer shaft make the Outlaw an occasional player.
You may also want to look at the O2 Revolution. The bulbous head is soft and provides a nice internal stretch - but the shaft tapers down easing pressure on the vaginal entry.
