This dick is pretty cheap. $13.99 for a dildo isn't a lot to pay. But I am a firm believe in "you get what you pay for." If it is THIS cheap, there has to be a reason. The first thing that has turned me off to the dick in the first place is that it is made of rubber. (I generally think silicone is the best way to go.) Also, it has a fruity scent.

1. I do not want an oddly scented dick. Period. And yes, fruit (on a dick) counts as oddly scented in my book!

2. I don't want those chemicals in my body. In all honesty, they need some sort of chemical to make it have that "fruity" scent.

So, I was wondering if anyone felt the same way! Do you think this dick is worth the investment yourself? (Seeing as it is only $14) or do you think (if you were short on money) you'd put aside some extra cash over time for something a bit pricier, but higher quality?

NOTE: I will not be buying this dick myself. I just thought I would start a discussion on the product, and see some other thoughts on it.. Rather than the random comments on the dick's page saying "cool", etc. when they are just trying to get some points.

This isn't an item I would use I get silicone toys only as well as glass. I would save points to get something on the higher up in the pricing and material quality

I don't think low quality items like that are worth it at all. Yeah, it's cheap, but I'd rather shell out a bit more cash for something that isn't made of questionable materials that smell gross and can harm my lady parts.

I agree with everyone else. I wouldn't personally use a fruity rubberdick in a world of silicone and glass.

Never understood the concept of scented toys. If someone wants a toy with a nice smell, why not put a flavored/scented condom or lube on it? Built-in smells tend to be gross and overpowering.

Not to mention that I prefer not to buy rubber. I might go for a rubber toy if I see one I like and can't find a close analogue in a safer material, but I don't see anything with this toy that's different enough to warrant that.

Its actually not all that bad, the scent isnt very strong and its a decent toy for the price, I would just advise using it with a condom or toy cover because of the material. I bought it as my first dildo for my strap when I was broke as fuck and it served me well until I could buy a better product, so if money is a concern this isnt a bad option.

there's another dildo called "slim" that's made out of silicone. when it went on sale I got it for around $20, which is about as cheap as you can get, for silicone. if you're actually looking for something to put in your body, get something decent. (or post here, for the points, which you can add up to get an eventual discount on something decent...:p)

No way in hell! Like you said, it's that cheap for a reason and there's some kind of chemicals in there to give it a scent and those aren't the kind of chemicals I want to put in my body. When I buy sex toys I want something that's high quality and will last, even if it means paying a little more. You save in the long run because you don't have to replace a higher quality item as often as you do a low quality one.

I had this & the smell was NOT fruity. It was chemically, and it simply did not fade. Do yourself a favor and buy the better quality.

I just bought this recently. . .and I really like it. I only noticed the smell when well. . .I smelt it. It's sorta sweet. Doesn't bother me at all. The suction is STRONG with this one. I used it in the bathtub and had to pull hard to move it.

I like it a lot. I'm very happy with it and it's a perfect size for me.

I have this toy and honestly I don't really have a problem with the scent. It's not too overpowering to the point that it's a turn off. Once you start using it, you can't even tell that there is a scent anyways.
