Smooth S shape
Hey - I was really sad when the "Dual Use S Shape" (link) went out of stock and then went discontinued. I was saving for it.

But I made my piece and decided to lust after the "Smooth S shape" (link) instead.

But its been out of stock for what feel like forever - is it destined to flip over to discontinued? I really hope not and I have saved enough to buy it and I am just waiting and waiting and waiting and hoping....

For this (and pretty much all stock questions) I'd submit a support ticket. Customer service can get you a much more definitive answer than anybody just browsing the forums can

I hope it doesn't become discontinued. It's the one toy, in addition to the Jopen Intensity which isn't out yet, that I really want to buy. I'm just waiting for it to come back into stock.

It usually takes months to restock NobEssence toys. I know because I've waited and waited and waited for months to make a new addition to my NobEssence collection on at least two or three occasions! It once took me about seven to eight months to finally get one. The Fling was restocked after about four months of waiting one time, only to be sold out before I could get it--even though I was able to place it in my basket and check out, salivating in excited anticipation. Unfortunately, I later received a notice after placing the order that informed me that the Fling was actually already out of stock. I then waited three to four more months before I could finally get it.

I submitted some support tickets during the time period of my waiting, but the exact date that one of these toys will be restocked is just not possible for them to know. I think it just takes a while for NobEssence to produce a sufficient number of handcarved toys to stock a site this size, and it's hard to guess-timate how long it takes to make a large number of them.

However, I wonder whether submitting support tickets for a specific item might possibly hasten its restocking, so it certainly wouldn't hurt to ask! At least they will know there is avid interest in a particular item.

My suggestion is to snap up any NobEssence toy in which you are interested the second you see them stocked! All my NobEssence toys have definitely been worth the wait and anticipation.

When I first joined the site (because NobEssence is the whole reason I set foot at Eden), and I didn't know EF had good customer service yet, I actually emailed NobEssence asking when Eden would have stock of the Seduction (in the particular color I wanted). They responded quite quickly letting me know which wood they were working on that week and (luckily the object of my lust was just leaving the carving table) when it was expected to ship out to EF.

So if EF doesn't know specifically, NobEssence might have a slightly clearer idea.

I had to wait a long time for the Turned G-spot to be back in stock, but I eventually got it and I love it (a review should eventually appear, but I'm working on a LOT of reviews right now).

Sometimes we discontinue things here that aren't being discontinued by the manufacturer, we're just no longer carrying that item.

Still not smooth S shape back in stock Perhaps I blinked and missed it but I haven't even gotten a product alert so I think its been delayed. Trying to decide if I should be annoying and ask via ticket again

I'd certainly send in another support ticket to ask. And I second Antipova in saying it is DEFINITELY worth the wait! I hope you soon have the Seduction (aka the Smooth S Shape) in your hands . . . This is one toy I wish everyone could have in their collection. It's THAT amazing!

Now they have no idea when it will be in stock Anyone reading this thread looking for info on this product should toss in a support ticket - more requests could speed up the restocking!

Since the option to set an alert when it's back in stock is still available, my guess is that it's not being discontinued. It seems that products which are being discontinued don't have that option under alerts.

I emailed NobEssence - they suffered a natural disaster (flood) and got behind on stock. The word is that it'll be another few weeks but will be soon and in time for xxxmas buying

Also EF apparently only gets "padauk" wood Seductions (aka smooth S shapes). FYI.

Aw! That sucks. We had some flooding in our shop this month too. It's a pain in the butt.
