There is no difference for me, I use everything the same, whether I am getting regular sex, or not.

I will say that I am a mostly hetero cisfemale, so for me, "getting sex " means penis in vagina, PIV. Of course, that will differ based on orientation/preference s.

I also don't usually thrust my insertion toys, I rock and play with my clit, either with fingers or vibes. However, with a real penis, I enjoy thrusting, go figure.
