I just got a vixskin spur dildo in the mail a few minutes ago and I can't get it open I tried to put my fingernails in the top part and it just won't come off.How do I open it?

I sometimes have trouble with that tube too! I do exactly what Kindred described. A little squeeze is usually all it takes. Glad you managed to get your package open! It's no fun to be able to see it but not touch it!

Squeezing the tube also makes it easier to slide the dildo in and out, as well as helping to remove/replace the lid.

I had to do what Kindred said, I had trouble opening mine as well and almost just decided to cut it open.

They can seal back up when you put the top back on, just for reference. They're always hard to get open! As mentioned, the squeeze usually does it.

This happened to me with my Spur too lol. I ended up cutting the plastic to get it out.

I want to get a vixskin, so I'm glad I've heard about how to open the package. That would suck to have it arrive and not be able get into it! I have to admit, I'd probably take scissors (or a knife if I couldn't find the scissors) to the packaging out of impatience and eagerness, ahahaha.
