Overall I like dildos better. Internally, I usually enjoy thrusting and twisting motions more than vibrations. Plus I never have to worry about batteries or charging up or anything like that.

I might like clit vibes more some days because a good one will give me very strong, often multiple orgasms, but they don't always feel quite as "complete" as one I get from my hand or a hand/dildo combo. They also almost always lead to squirting which can be annoying if I'm not in the mood to clean up/play in the shower.
